What size should I choose?
All of our garments lean towards a relaxed loose fit. We recommend checking each size guide, available on every product page, to find your perfect fit.
How do I properly care for my clothing?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:
- Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low
- Iron at low temperature, avoid ironing on print
- Do not dry clean
Makesure to check the specific care instructions printed on the inside tag of your garment.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Each piece is uniquely made just for you! That's why we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you’d like to add more items or place a larger order, feel free to create a new order – we’ll make sure it’s crafted with the same care and attention.
If you want to change your shipping adress due to misspelling it is possible, if the order hasn't been shipped out yet. Please get in touch so that we can modify your shipping information: Contact
When will my order arrive?
Our items are created with care and intention, not mass-produced. So once your order is placed, it goes through a production process before being carefully shipped to your doorstep. The total fulfillment time (production + shipping) typically ranges between 12–19 days.
Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
The shipping time is dependent on the method chosen:
- Standard: 12 – 21 days
- Express: 6 – 10 days

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. To start a return, you can contact us here or at contact.thekingdomcollective@gmail.com . Please note that we don't provide return labels, so returns will need to be sent at your own expesne.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If the ordered size doesn't fit we recommend returning your item and ordering the correct size.
How do I return an item?
- Request a Return: Contact us here with your order details and reason for return.

Prepare Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original condition, including tags, and ensure it’s properly protected during transit.

Ship It Back: Send the item to the return address provided. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receive Refund: Once your return is processed, we’ll refund the full value of your item to your original payment method. The refund will be issued within 10 business days.
